Fire Department Breakfast to Benefit Fire Victims
Next Sunday, February 12, the Sherrill-Kenwood Volunteer Fire Department will host its annual All-You-Can-Eat Sunday Morning Breakfast. The membership of the fire department has decided that this year ALL PROCEEDS from the breakfast will be donated to the family in our community who suffered the devastating loss of their home last week. The breakfast is located at the Sherrill Fire Station (373 Sherrill Road) and will be held from 7am-12pm.
Several people have asked about bringing items (clothing, etc) to the breakfast to donate. From those close with the family, the best donation at this point would be gift cards to area stores so that the family may fill in needed items not previously donated. There will be a collection box for anyone wishing to donate a gift card while attending the breakfast. If there are any questions, please call 264-5333.
