Congratulations to the Sherrill American Legion Post #230 Baseball Team on an amazing season! This year’s team advanced farther than any other Sherrill Legion team in the past 23 years. Sherrill won the District 5 Championship title and advanced to the state tournament. The team played well and put forth a great effort while finishing 3rd, but lost in the state tournament to eventual champion, and defending tournament champion, Rockland County. Congratulations to the team, coaches, and everyone involved- this is a wonderful achievement and the community is proud of you.
