Convenient Payment Options
The City of Sherrill’s advanced online billing and payment service through Invoice Cloud offers the convenience of paying utility bills anytime, anywhere – online, by phone and by text.
Pay Online
The easy-to-use payment portal provides residents with quick access to their account to view bills, check an account balance, make payments and review history (as it becomes available). Additional features include the ability to enroll in paperless billing, set up automatic payments, securely store payment information and receive email reminders. Creating an account is recommended to take advantage of all the features, but registration is not required to simply view and pay bills. Here are more highlights:

- Receive email reminders when your bill is ready, when a scheduled payment is pending, and a confirmation after making a payment
Automatic Payments
Save time with automatic payments! Enroll in AutoPay to have your bill paid automatically on the due date. Or, choose the Recurring Scheduled Payments option to set up a schedule to pay a fixed amount or the invoice balance on a specific day of the month. Access your account and then find both options under the My Profile section.
Pay by Text
The Pay by Text option enables residents to receive text notifications about their bill. These can be used to quickly view the latest bill and make an online payment or serve as an additional reminder. When a default payment method is saved, residents can make a payment by responding with the prompted text message reply. Sign up for this option when making an online payment or within your online account.
Pay by Phone
A 24/7 automated payment line 844-562-1918 is available to make a payment or check an account balance. Just call the number, enter your account information and follow the prompts. Please note that this balance only represents the oldest bill or portion of that bill still outstanding. Once the oldest bill is cleared, the next oldest bill outstanding will be reflected on this message. For entire outstanding balance on your account, please call 315-363-2440 during normal business hours or visit your customer portal.
