Thank you to everyone who donated to Beards for Bucks! Some of the donors are pictured above. The Beards for Bucks program encourages participants to grow a beard or mustache during the month of November to show support for those battling cancer. The City of Sherrill teamed up with Oneida Healthcare to help raise funds for their Cancer Care Center in conjunction with Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
We were able to raise $440 including a check for $120 from the Camden, NY Police Department which participated as well. The Camden Police Chief works part-time here in Sherrill.
