Sherrill Holiday Light Contest and Christmas Tree Lighting
The holiday season is approaching! There has been discussion in town about the City’s plans for holiday lights and decorations and we want all to be assured that the City is eagerly anticipating putting lights and decorations up throughout the city in mid-late November, including of course on the gazebo and the tree in Reilly-Mumford Park.

Christmas Tree Lighting- Mark your calendar for Thursday November 29 at 7pm! Plan to attend the Christmas Tree Lighting in Reilly-Mumford Park, sponsored by the Sherrill Merchants Association, and enjoy music and refreshments!
Holiday Light Contest- Residents and businesses are encouraged to brighten the city and share the holiday spirit by participating in our light display contest. We’ll select three favorite displays! Nominations may be emailed to [email protected]. Winners will be announced December 17. Plan your display now!
